Still finding their feet on social media, Mai Gai needed a new captain for its digital ship. Someone who could create tasty content, take care of their online community, and keep everything sailing in the right direction. Finding a creative captain who could do it all (and do it well) was the goal—so that the Gai's could sit back, relax, and enjoy the online ride (whilst working very hard irl to keep their community happy, of course)!

What they needed

Within their first month of joining the Snack Family, Mai Gai's engagement rate improved by 60.92%! We kept the stats skyrocketing with a 50% increase in comments, 18.94% increase in shares, and that's but a taste of our initial growth.

Now, in our third year of working together, Mai Gai's online presence continues to thrive and contribute to real-world results! We also take care of their website, ad and EDM copywriting as needed. Not bad having all of that taken off your plate, huh?!
